The most yummy soft light yellows against the bit darker colors. This is wonderful. Love the brushwork. Lieper's Fork sounds like a wonderful place. We have to meet at some point and paint together:)
This would be so striking large! I love the color and the light you captured. It's easy to see you're passionate about this place.
This is so nice Nancy~ you have captured that area well. I remember Puckett's Grocery Store~ what a classic!! It was straight out of the movies, such a cool little place. They also had a special cooker going out the front making their famous Barbecue! The aroma was tantalisingly delicious. : D Lori and I took a photo in front of the Beverley Hillbillies open top car and Barney Five's cop car~ such an interesting area and beautiful scenery in that part of the world!
Beautiful work... you captured the atmosphere and light, Nancy.
So, this is whatis meant by make every stroke count-beautiful painting!
How sunny! Nancy, I am following your blog now!
thanks so much for all of your kind comments. It means so much to have you stop by.
